Ademola Lookman has promised that 2025 will be a better year for Atalanta.
Gian Piero Gasperini’s team won the UEFA Europa League in 2024.
La Dea presently leads the Serie A table and are aiming for their first Scudetto.
In their final game of 2024, Atalanta and Lazio drew 1-1 on Saturday.
Lookman, who assisted on the visitors’ sole goal of the game, was awarded Man of the Match.
“The club had a fantastic 2024, so we want to continue doing the same thing and the New Year will be better,” the Nigeria international told Sky Sport Italia.
“It was a tough match, the first half was very difficult for us, but we fought and on another day might have won the game.
“We drew, but we didn’t lose, so it’s positive.”
